BIM lead on a $350M multi-storey mixed-use building in Sydney. Coordinated BIM across structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic disciplines throughout the full project lifecycle.
Coordinating BIM across multiple consultant teams on a complex inner-city building with tight tolerances. Maintaining model quality and standards compliance throughout construction.

2D-to-3D Transition & Digital Engineering Framework
Led the transition of a major Australian transport infrastructure organisation from 2D AutoCAD to 3D model-based delivery. Developed the Digital Engineering Framework and established collaborative public workspaces for OpenRoads and OpenBridge.
Developed DE Framework v4 covering standards, workflows and tooling for Civil 3D, OpenRoads and OpenBridge. Established public collaborative workspaces. Built custom tools to bridge 2D legacy workflows during transition.
